Jean Speidel serves as Firm Administrator for Speidel Bentsen LLP, providing fiscal and personnel administration as well as immigration legal assistant services. A CPA by training, Jean holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University, graduating with Distinction.
She brings a wealth of consulting experience to her role with Speidel Bentsen LLP, particularly in the areas of health care and business. Her fiscal expertise provide an invaluable resource to the firm and to our clients.
In 2013, Jean completed 12 years of service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust (CDLT). While on the board of CDLT, she served on the Executive, Finance and Governance committees. In her role now as a past board member of CDLT, Jean continues to serve on the Governance committee.
A recognized community leader, Jean serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Wenatchee and Personnel Team of Grace Lutheran Church.
She received the Non-Attorney Volunteer of the Year Award from Chelan-Douglas Bar Association in 2003 for her volunteer administrative and accounting services. And in 2011, Jean was a joint recipient with attorney Russ Speidel of the Pro Bono Award from Legal Services Corporation of America.
When not managing or volunteering, you’ll find Jean learning Spanish and enjoying hiking and snow-shoeing in the beautiful hills of North Central Washington.
